What's Included?

All equipment is included in class fee - we offer top of the line Lifeorme mats and mat towels at no additional charge. Of course, you're always welcome to bring your own gear! For Mat Pilates and Strength Training classes, all equipment is included as well.

Is there Parking?

Free parking is available in front of and behind the building, and free street parking is also available in the surrounding blocks.

Where is Alpine Flow?

200 River Street West (Unit 102). Remember - WEST, not east. Building is on the corner of River Street and Second Ave. From Main Street, turn onto River Street (at the Limelight Hotel) towards River Run Lodge.
